My name is Sandy Giangreco Brown, and I serve on the Board of Directors for Redemption in Action and serve as the Secretary/Treasurer of RIA. In my full time position, I am a Director of Coding & Revenue Integrity and I assist hospitals in Coding, Compliance and Billing and try to address any educational needs that they may have. I frequently do presentations to providers and staff and at national conferences on these sorts of topics. I have been in healthcare my entire career and was previously an EMT/Firefighter for about 15 years. I have always had a heart for helping others and love being able to give back. After leading service projects through my church in Loveland, CO for over 9 years, I wanted to begin giving back in any way possible through Project C.U.R.E. I am in the process of completing my Masters degree in Healthcare Business Administration with an emphasis in Population Health which fits in perfectly with volunteering with Project C.U.R.E. and Redemption in Action.
